Cancer loves sugar so…No Sugar. No Wheat. No simple carbs that can be turned into sugar.

No GMOs. Try to eat organic.

Eat lower on the food chain. Vegetarian is ideal.

Substitute matcha green tea for coffee.

This is Matcha green tea with bee pollen. I drink this every morning. I can only drink one cup because I am sensitive to caffeine. (The decaf has less EGCG.)

Substitute stevia for sugar. If you use honey, it should be raw and organic.

Substitute 70% or more chocolate for dessert.

Substitute quinoa for grains (it is a seed).

Excellent: Broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts, onions, garlic, berries (raspberries, blueberries, pomegranates)

Proteins: Freerange eggs, Beans

Use Himalayan Salt.

Make it your goal to have a diet consisting entirely of foods that fight cancer!
